Getting the lead out of AVGAS

What is the future of avgas? For many years we have known that burning leaded aviation fuel needs to come to an end. One of the key organizations involved in research and testing alternatives has been Canada's own National Research Council. Malcolm D. Imray, P. Eng, an Airworthiness Engineer at the NRC's Flight Research Laboratory will give flight members a tour and update us on this important issue.

All welcome, but for security reasons please RSVP to me with your name, nationality and country of residence by 10 April so I can notify Malcolm who is coming.

 Meeting Details

 Date / Time:            Tuesday 21 April / 19:30 hours

Location:   National Research Council Flight Research Laboratory, Building U-61, 1920 Research Road, Ottawa International Airport (See attached for a map)
