Welcome to the Rockcliffe Flying Club’s Volunteer Management System (VMS). The RFC VMS will be used to advertise all volunteer opportunities, assign members to positions, and record/report volunteer time. Opportunities always will be listed in the VMS – they may also be advertised through email, or clubhouse bulletin boards.

Have questions? The first place to look for the answer, and to get an overview of how the VMS will be used in club operations, is in the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ).

To enroll in the RFC VMS have a look at the Quick Enrollment Guide, and click on the link at the top of this page to sign up.

After  you enroll, see the User Guide for a description of how to apply for  volunteer opportunities, see your assignments, and log your hours.

What happens with the personal information and activity data that you enter into the VMS? Read the vendor’s Privacy Policy, and the RFC Privacy Policy.

Need assistance? We have several options:

  • Throughout the VMS application there is help text which can be read by positioning your mouse over the “circle-i” icons – after a second or two of leaving the mouse pointer stationary over the icon the help text will be displayed,
  • The vendor has written a guide – it can be accessed by clicking on the ? (question mark) in the top right of each web page (near the red “logout” icon),
